My name is Filip Chochol Filip Chochol, 27 year old technology enthusiast.

Beginnings and personal development

My career started in the television industry. I have now been focusing exclusively on the IT sector for five years, where I specialize in the areas of IT support and asset management.

I have been working at Sii Poland since 2022, gaining experience in the field of project management here.
One of my projects was working for Glovo, where I was responsible for creating and implementing global procedures and hardware policies from 2022 to 2023. Also, I was solving hardware problems on the second line of IT support, which provided me not only with unique challenges, but also extraordinary opportunities for growth.

Working previously at FASTMEDIA (a film rental company on the Polish market), I was responsible for the area of security systems and for managing the Office 365 environment. We would also throw some of the tasks into the competence of the Cybersecurity Awareness team.

Television origins

For a decade, from 2012 to 2022, I actively participated in the film and television industry. My experience focused mainly on technical coordination of film and television sets, where I gained organizational skills. In addition, I took an active part in the development of two television stations, contributing to their structure and planning programming.

Working in television not only developed my technical skills, but also taught me how to effectively deal with stress, especially during live productions. I often had to think quickly and make decisions “here and now,” which strengthened my ability to manage crisis situations. This experience has brought me insight into various aspects of film and television production, shaping my skills in both technical and strategic areas.
